For Day 5 of Knitting and Crochet Blog Week, the challenge was to try something new, so I decided to try to create my very first infographic. I signed up for Pictochart, used one of their free templates, took at look at my stats on Ravelry and created my Ravelry Report! I am very pleased with the result and how easy it was to do. I can see the possibilities for using this type of image in the future in blogs or other aspects of life.
I really enjoy the total meters knit stat that Ravelry tracks, I would love to know how many kilometers of yarn have been turned into pretty and useful things during the life of Ravelry! Could it circumnavigate the earth? Get us to the moon? I wonder …
I love infographics like this, I really must use them more.

This one looks great! And you put so much more information in there than I did in mine so it also really makes sense to read it & it’s interesting! Thanks for sharing all your statistics 🙂

I love the graphs and had no idea Ravelry tracked this info. Mine say 35,380 yards in 57 projects – wow!

Wow. You’ve done a LOT! I don’t use Revelry much yet. I’ve gone on there to find a few patterns, but don’t keep anything on there. I should look into that.
